i put the land up for sale and i got full price in about a day and a half. why am i sad?
ETA: i just realized at today's exchange rate i made about $135 actual US dollars on the sale of jokung. suddenly i feel much better.

i am not at all surprised my land sold fast. that parcel was really great despite the spinning for sale signs nearby, ugly builds to the east and the neighbor who liked to shoot me for no apparent reason. the dude who bought my land also purchased the 4096 next door so he has an amazing waterfront now. looks to me like he was well armed so the griefers may enjoy his company more than mine.
myg and alex, we should def talk about section 8. i have a place i can stay (hugs to you-know-who-you-are) but i am ms. independence -- i hate to take advantage of people's hospitality. the lofts are great even if i would have to go on a prim diet. *gulp*
