I want to love Imprudence. It has all the features I need and it should be fine for my purposes. However, I crash when I am using it. I have copied the llkdu over to my Imprudence folder which is said to improve stability but honestly that only made my problems worse. Not only am I crashing randomly for no apparently reason but I am also crashing every time I TP. I am so frustrated.

I know you're not going to like this answer... but I am still using 1.23 and I get along fine without all the features. I walk around on ultra with my draw distance at 256 even on busy sims and I almost never crash.
I am so spoiled at this point Eli. I really would be sad to have to go back to 1.23. I am going to try to figure out why I keep crashing or possibly try LGG's Emergence viewer if I can't manage to get Imprudence to work for me.
Its frustrating because everyone else seems to run Imprudence so easily. grrrrrrrr

Believe me I am tempted to go back to Emerald as it is still the best viewer I have used. I promised myself I would not until the team got back on the TPV directory and for now I am sticking with that plan.

Viewer 2 isn't nearly as bad as the vitriolic, always negative blogsters make it out to be.

LOL Ari. I actually used Viewer 2 for about three weeks. I really tried to use it and to be honest there were many thing about it I liked. However, I cannot abide the way communication works and the use of screen real estate is used by the side bar makes me miserable.
I did try to use 2.0; I just couldn't do it.

I've tried a few options and gone back to Emerald. Until I know for sure that Emerald is the anti-christ I am sold on its features and useability.
It works for me. And I'm right miserable replacing it with anything else no matter HOW MUCH HEAT I take for still using it.
:( Hear you... I wrote an article on Imprudence and had high hopes. It's graphic rendering is so unreliable for photography and machinima.. I just can't use it.
And viewer 2.0? Mmmkay... not happening.
